Your department's recognizability and individuality are important. That's why we offer a Custom Design Service for emblems.

Individual Emblems for YOUR Department is as easy as

1 Pick a shape from our patch shapes page. Also take a look at some of the examples you see in our patches section for more ideas. Then print the order form and sketch out an idea for your emblem. Fill out the rest of the form and fax back to us at (812) 424-5961.

2 Our artists then create a full sized color rendering showing how your emblem will look.

3 Our fine quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail guarantee our emblems retain their brilliance and shape for as long as you own your uniform.


HOW TO DETERMINE EMBLEM PRICES

1. Size
Add the length of two equal sides and divide by 2. Fractions less than 0.5" are rounded up.
(Example: A patch 3 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep would be a total of 3.5 inches
3" + 3.5" = 6.5"
6.5" / 2 = 3.25
round up = 3.5" )

2. Color
Up to seven standard colors are possible; merrowed border and cloth background colors are not counted.

3. Percentage Of Embroidery
In order to determine a price, you will also need to estimate what part of the emblem will be covered by embroidery; 50%, 75% or 100%. Apart from logos and lettering, you can decide to use the cloth as a background, or fill it with embroidery.

4. Preproduction Sample Service
We can produce samples for approval for $50. This fee is only charged if you do not place an order after the sample has been received.
