Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

Items purchased in Indiana and Kentucky are subject to 7 % sales tax. Free Shipping on orders over $500.00 for orders being shipped in the Continental United States. We do not ship orders outside the Continental United States.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. If the product is defective we will replace it at no cost to you. However, if you purchased the wrong size we will replace the products with the correct size subject to a 20% re-stocking fee to cover shipping. Unfortunately, any item that has been customized (ex. embroidery, silkscreen, striping, panels, hemming below 30" inseam, etc.) CANNOT be returned.
